The Lady Jane Foundation

LadyJane advocates for equity in the cannabis industry and the release of all nonviolent offenders from prison. Our profits are leveraged to help reverse the harms of the war on drugs, spread joy, inspire radical self care, educate and engage our consumers.

With our events and community endeavors, we hope to tackle the difficulties individuals experience when trying to cross the bridge into legalization.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
Dr. Martin Luther King

Our mission for the Lady Jane Foundation is to pay homage to our history and educate the community about the past, present and future of the cannabis industry; emphasizing the importance of equity and reform of the criminal legal system.

Accomplishments

As part of Juneteenth giving initiative Ayr Wellness and Lady Jane collaborated to donate $10,000 dollars to Capital Community College to support the Bridge to Morehouse (BTM) Program.

The Bridge to Morehouse Program is a one of a kind partnership between the Hartford based Community College and the prestigious Atlanta Historically Black College. Through BTM students who complete an associate’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.7 will have an opportunity to transfer seamlessly to Morehouse College with junior status.
